One of the challenges that many of our clients have when they first meet us is a lack of time to spend with their family and friends. We work with them to improve the way they manage their time and teach them to leverage their team through effective delegation.

However, creating more time is just the beginning. We work with our clients to ensure that they are in a better state of mind and feel more in control so that they can focus on spending quality time with their family and friends. We also have relationships with specialist life coaches and personal trainers to provide that extra momentum when needed.

For any business to grow and prosper it depends on having a committed team of people that can look after the needs of your customers. You can’t do it all yourself! However, just getting the most out of your team is only part of the answer. It will be short-lived if they don’t enjoy coming to work and if you do not enjoy working with your team day-in and day-out.

Local Community

ActionCOACH Penrith is a proud member of the Penrith Valley business community and we understand the important role that business plays in contributing to the development of a vibrant and progressive community. We are members of the Penrith Valley Chamber of Commerce with our principal being on its Executive Committee, we take part in local business initiatives and actively contribute to the development of business in the local area.

We also believe that business has an obligation to give back to the local community that has supported its growth. We encourage those clients that are able to do so to give back to the local community. We give to a range of charities and set aside a percentage of our earnings to support local charities and welfare groups.
