Our core coaching service incorporates the following steps:
1. Business Health Check – an initial 1½ hour FREE consultation designed to find out more about your business and whether our coaching services are really what you need. Even from this complimentary session, you are certain to get ideas to propel your business forward.
2. Alignment Consultation – we start the coaching process by meeting with you and your fellow partners or spouse to understand your motivations and to get you re-energised about what you can achieve both within and outside of your business.
3. Goal Setting and Action Plan – clarify where you want to be in 5-10 years, what your specific goals are for the next 12 months and a detailed action plan for the first 90 days of the coaching program.
4. Coaching Sessions – we'll meet every week or fortnight to discuss issues, brainstorm ideas and to keep you on track with your 90 Day Action Plan.
5. Books & CDs – we'll provide books to read and CDs to listen to that are relevant to your stage in business and that will inspire and educate you.
6. Quarterly Planning Sessions – get together with our other Business Coaching clients and local business people to share ideas and to put in place a new plan for the next 90 days.
7. Regular Seminars – access seminars across Sydney organised by the ActionCOACH team to increase your learning and accelerate the results you achieve.
